A short note about what is on your mind is enough. You’ll get a thoughtful reply within one working day, and a suggested time for a free thirty-minute chemistry call.
The chemistry call is free, thirty minutes, and entirely without obligation. You describe what is on your mind — in broad strokes, no preparation needed — and you’ll get an honest read on whether this is the right work, and whether I’m the right coach for it. If the answer is no, you’ll often leave with one or two pointers to people who might be a better fit.
If it’s your first time considering coaching, the call is the only sensible way to start — not a brochure, not a discovery sales script. Bring the actual situation, in the language you’d use to a trusted colleague. You’ll leave with a clear sense of what the work would look like, whether it’s the right moment for it, and what an honest next step is — including saying no, or pointing you to a different coach. No follow-up sequence, no scheduled nudges. If the timing is wrong, the timing is wrong.
