All client data is stored on Apple devices that are password-protected and encrypted. The following measures are in place to ensure the security of this data:

  • All Apple devices used for storing client data are protected by strong, unique passwords.
  • Devices are configured to lock automatically after a short period of inactivity.
  • Biometric authentication (such as Face ID or Touch ID) is enabled where available.

  • Data on Apple devices is encrypted using industry-standard encryption protocols to protect against unauthorised access.
  • Secure storage solutions, such as Apple's iCloud with end-to-end encryption, are used for backup and storage.
• Access Controls:
  • Access to client data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is implemented for accessing sensitive data.
  • Regular reviews of access permissions are conducted to ensure only necessary personnel have access.

  • When transmitting client data electronically, secure channels such as encrypted emails or secure file transfer protocols (SFTP) are used.
  • Verbal communication involving sensitive information is conducted in private settings to prevent unauthorised eavesdropping.

Data Retention
